SIM card

The SIM card carries subscription information from your Inmarsat Net service provider on an integrated circuit. Inmarsat terminal used with the SIM card assumes the identity of the SIM card.

The SIM card can store various information, e.g.:

o PIN code (Personal Identification Number)
o Phone book
o Allowed Net service providers

The SIM card has its own set of Inmarsat Mobile Numbers (IMN) on which the user can be contacted irrespective of the Inmarsat terminal used. All outgoing calls will be billed to the owner of the SIM card.
The SIM card is protected by a SIM PIN (Personal Identification Number). Contact us if you do not have the PIN code.

If the PIN code entered does not match the PIN code on the SIM card, operation with that particular SIM card will lock-up after three failed attempts. You must then use the SIM un-block code (PUK code) to un-lock the card. You would need to Contact us if you do not have the PUK code.

To be used SIM card needs to be activated. Please contact us for the details. Please note that activated SIM card can only be used with properly activated Inmarsat terminal.

Activation fee of USD 100 will be charged to your credit card. If your usage during your first year would be in access USD 1000, the activation fee would be refunded to you account.

You will receive Service activation registration form together with the Confirmation of Order. You would need to complete, signe and fax it back to us together with Credit Card Payment authorisation form to charge your credit card for the traffic. You will be charged for the traffic on monthly basis in accordance with the invoices provided to your address by mail or fax or Email.
